| Using Sharepoint List Default Preview Style |

Sharepoint by default displays the list items in a tabular format. The 'title' of the list item is hyperlinked and the user has to click the link to get further details on the item. This method though useful, also involves time as the user has to click each link to get all details. Sharepoint also gives the flexibility to preview list items, though this is not commonly used as it is sort of hidden with other styles. Â The following are the steps to display preview of the list items: Â
 Navigate back to the list and place the cursor on the item to get a preview window!  Â
