Schedule Net Meeting using Outlook

Using Microsoft Outlook you can set up Net Meeting, invite participants, and have Net Meeting start automatically at the scheduled time.



Steps

  • Open Microsoft Outlook.
  • Select File > New > Meeting Request from the menu.
  • Enter the meeting attendees in the To field.
  • Enter Subject for the online meeting.
  • Check This is an online meeting .. checkbox and select Microsoft NetMeeting from the drop down list.
  • Select the Directory Server from the list.
  • If you want the NetMeeting to start automatically at the scheduled time, check Automatically start NetMeeting with Reminder checkbox. In the Reminder checkbox set a suitable reminder. If Reminder is unchecked it also disables Automatically start NetMeeting … checkbox.
  • Enter Start time and End time for the meeting.
  • Send invitations for the meeting.
