Screen capture using OneNote

Using Microsoft OneNote 2007 you can quickly do a basic screen capture and save it in the desired format.

• Open OneNote

• Click the Clip icon in the toolbar. You can also right-click on OneNote in the Taskbar and select Create Screen Clipping or use the shortcut key, Windows Key + S
• Drag the rectangle around the region to be captured
• The image is captured in OneNote.

Edit and Save Image

Perform basic editing options using the drawing toolbar.

• Click the Drawing Toolbar icon to dock the drawing toolbar at the bottom or select View > Drawing Toolbar
• Edit image by adding text, highlights, arrows etc.
• Right-click on the image and select Save As to save the image in PNG format
